How to uninstall Instabridge after enabling the Home App

If the Instabridge Home App is active, the Uninstall button may not appear. This is because Android doesn’t allow you to uninstall a home app while it’s in use. You can choose one of the two options below to proceed.

Change Your Default Home App

You can switch back to your phone's default home app. This will bring back your original home screen, while our other features—WiFi map, eSIM, caller ID, and browser—will continue to work as usual. The Uninstall button will also reappear if you decide to remove our app.

• Most Android phones: Settings > Apps > Default apps > Home app

• Samsung: Settings > Apps > Choose default apps > Home app

• MIUI: Settings > Apps > Manage Apps > (three dots) > Default apps > Launcher

Remove Instabridge Using the Play Store

You can also uninstall our app directly from the Play Store. Open our Play Store page and press the Uninstall button:

Why Your eSIM Might Not Be Working on LTE (and How to Fix It)

If you’ve just installed your eSIM and noticed that it isn’t working as expected, don’t worry—it’s usually a quick fix! Some phones are preset to LTE only, which doesn’t work with our eSIM.

How to Fix It

Open your Settings app.
Go to Cellular
Select your newly installed eSIM.
Tap Voice & Data.
Switch the setting to 5G Auto.

That’s it! Your eSIM should now connect properly, and you’ll be ready to use calls, texts, and data without any issues.

Instabridge is a WiFi sharing service. Only WiFi networks that have been shared by their owners are available. It is not possible to connect to WiFi networks that are not listed in the app.

Go to the WiFi tab.
Find a suitable hot spot and tap "Show password".
Tap "Save WiFi" if you want your phone to automatically connect when you are within range.
Go to More info > Venue to find its location in the map.

How many minutes and texts does the Instabridge plan cover?

Accepted Answer

The number of call minutes and text messages depends on your plan:

Free plan – includes 1,000 call minutes and 1,000 text messages
Pro plan – includes 3,000 call minutes and 3,000 text messages

Keep in mind that boosters only add data — they don’t include any calls or texts.

Once you reach these limits, additional calls and texts may not go through until your plan resets or you upgrade.
