How do I add my eSIM with a QR code?

If you prefer to install your eSIM using a QR code, our support team can generate one for you.


Please send us the following information so we can verify your account and provide the QR code:


  1. Your Instabridge login email
  2. Your registered address
  3. The last 4 digits of your registered credit card


Once verified, we will send you a QR code that you can scan in your phone’s Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM to complete the installation.
