# How to Check if Your Phone Has an eSIM Support

Not all phones support an eSIM. You can quickly check if your device does by following the steps below.

## Step 1: Dial *#06#

On your phone, open the dialer and enter ***#06#**

## Step 2: Look for the EID

If your phone supports an eSIM, you will see an **EID** (Embedded Identity Document) listed.

If your phone does **not** support an eSIM, there will be **no EID** shown.
