I get an "eSIM is already used" error when I try to install an eSIM. What should I do?
Each eSIM or QR activation code can only be installed once. An old eSIM or QR code cannot be reinstalled.
To request a new eSIM:
• iOS: Go to Menu > My eSIMs, then tap “Request another eSIM”.
• Android: Go to More > My eSIMs, then tap “Get a new eSIM”.
