# I get an "Invalid coupon code" error when I redeem my data plan. What is going on?

This likely means that you have already redeemed the data plan to your account. Please check in the app's *My Data* or *Data Usage* screen. The next step is to install an eSIM if you haven't done so already.
* iOS: Go to *Menu* > *My eSIMs*
* Android: Go to *More* > *Profile* > *Owned eSIMs*
