What should I do if I’m not getting a signal after activation?
If you’ve activated your Instabridge eSIM but aren’t getting a signal, try these steps:
- Restart your phone.
- If you’re still not connected, your phone may be preset to LTE, which doesn’t work with our eSIM. To fix this:
- Go to Settings > Cellular
- Select your newly installed eSIM
- Tap Voice & Data and choose 5G Auto
- If the issue persists, reach out to us—we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
