Why is my data not working even though I still have data left?
We have two different eSIM services:
- Global data-only eSIM
- US-only eSIM (includes data plus a phone number for calls and SMS)
Please make sure you are using the eSIM that has available data. Sometimes customers accidentally leave the wrong profile enabled, which can cause data not to work even if balance shows in the app.
If you still need help
Please send our support team screenshots of the following:
- iPhone > Settings > Cellular (showing your active eSIMs)
- iPhone > Settings > General > About (scroll to the bottom showing the eSIM labels and ICCIDs)
This information will help us confirm which eSIM is active and troubleshoot further.
