Why won’t my eSIM activate?

If your eSIM is not activating, please check the following:


  1. Device compatibility
  • Make sure your phone is eSIM-compatible.
  • Ensure your phone is carrier unlocked.


  1. Activation process
  • If the eSIM is stuck on “Activating,” check that you have a stable internet connection.
  • Reboot your phone and try again.

  • Open the Instabridge app
  • Go to Menu / More > Profile
  • Copy or screenshot your User ID (UID)
