Why won’t my eSIM activate?
If your eSIM is not activating, please check the following:
- Device compatibility
- Make sure your phone is eSIM-compatible.
- Ensure your phone is carrier unlocked.
- Activation process
- If the eSIM is stuck on “Activating,” check that you have a stable internet connection.
- Reboot your phone and try again.

Please send our support team your User ID (UID) so we can check your account:
- Open the Instabridge app
- Go to Menu / More > Profile
- Copy or screenshot your User ID (UID)
