First of all, please make sure that your phone is not carrier-locked.
Basic troubleshooting:
- Check that mobile data is enabled
- Check that Wi-Fi is turned off
- Check that Data Roaming is enabled under eSIM settings
- Reboot the device
Set the APN to "plus".
Then try manually setting the operator
- Please see this page (https://instabridge.com/operators/) and see which operators are used in your country.
- Disable automatic network selection on your phone.
- iOS:
Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data > Network Selection > Disable
- Samsung
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators
- Other Android phones:
Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > disable Automatically select network - Select a supported operator in your country.
