What should I do if I’m not getting a signal after activation?

If you’ve activated your Instabridge eSIM but aren’t getting a signal, try these steps:

  1. Restart your phone.

  2. If you’re still not connected, your phone may be preset to LTE, which doesn’t work with our eSIM. To fix this:

    • Go to Settings > Cellular

    • Select your newly installed eSIM

    • Tap Voice & Data and choose 5G Auto

  3. If the issue persists, reach out to us—we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
