I get an "Invalid coupon code" error when I redeem my data plan. What is going on?

This likely means that you have already redeemed the data plan to your account. Please check in the app's My Data or Data Usage screen. The next step is to install an eSIM if you haven't done so already.

  • iOS: Go to Menu > My eSIMs
  • Android: Go to More > Profile > Owned eSIMs
